My keyboard has just died on me. I'm using the spooty On Screen one instead and pressing the characters with my mouse, which is why it's taking me forever to type/click this post.
Anyway, just want to let my Flist know that I can't comment on all those lovely posts of yours until I get a new, functioning keyboard, which may take a while. So don't think I'm trying to be be lazy or mean,okay?

God, this is agonising. It's taken me 12 mintues to do this much. Arghness.

ETA: Wooooo. Can do multiple letters quickly now. Keyboard is sort of working now, albeit a few troublesome keys. On other hand, now mouse is starting to malfunction. Wah.
Oh well.

I've a feeling that keyboards may be a vital part of the internetting experience. Please get a new one so as to maximise your lj interactivity, otherwise you may contract carpal tunnel syndrome, or however you spell it.

Keyboard is kind of working now. Arrow keys and some letters, as well as as few other options, still not working. But it managed to cough up what I'm typing now. Yay. Although now, my mouse is also stuffed and I suspect overuse.

I was watching a teacher demonstrate something to the class today on his laptop where a flat panel serves as a mousepad, mouse and clicker all in one. The other option is the use the squidgy bit in the centre of the keyboard- which brings me to my point- how in the world does one actually use these "new technology" mice to a satisfactory effect?

How? why? I do not understand. Promise me that your replacement mouse will not look like a squidgy nub in the middle of your keyboard?

I've seen those 'mice', IF they can even call themselves that. No need to worry, I don't think I'll being getting a replacement mouse anyway. It's started to work properly once more. Spooky.

Back to coventional clicking and repetitive strain injury. Yay!

I've used that onscreen thingy before just for fun... and get bored after 5 seconds.

IN OTHER NEWS I missed the Forsyte Saga last Saturday >:(
